ROLE OVERVIEW: As a Career Navigator, you will:
- Conduct participant assessments and develop tailored success plans.
- Support TulsaWORKS Career Academy participants throughout their journey.
- Establish and nurture community partnerships.
- Provide ongoing guidance and celebrate achievements.
- Promote our training programs and assist as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Previous work with individuals facing employment challenges preferred.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and organizational abilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Age: 21 years or older.
- Driving: Valid Oklahoma driver's license required.
- Clearance: Successful background check and adherence to our Drug and Alcohol Abuse Policy.
