Responsibilities:

• Design and coordinate vocational programs tailored for adults with disabilities.
• Measure and enhance program effectiveness through insightful metrics.
• Conduct evaluations to ensure top-notch community worksites and program compliance.
• Lead and train our dedicated program team to deliver outstanding services.
• Manage contracts, records, and streamline reporting for program success.
• Promote Goodwill's impactful services and seek out grant opportunities to amplify our reach.
• Uphold safety standards and be ready to assist with First Aid/CPR when needed.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 2+ years of hands-on experience.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• A valid Oklahoma driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Special Requirements:

• Minimum age of 21.
• Valid Oklahoma driver's license, insurance, and vehicle inspection.
• Clear a State of Oklahoma criminal background check.
• Maintain a drug-free workplace and keep in touch via cell phone.
