Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
• Oversee the maintenance of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural.
• Manage and direct a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a proactive maintenance and repair environment.
• Coordinate with the production team to schedule repairs and minimize downtime.
• Control maintenance expenses and prepare budgets while ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar managerial role within a maintenance department.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
