Job Title: Employment Specialist

Overview: We're seeking caring individuals to assist people with barriers to employment, find and maintain. If you enjoy helping others and can communicate well, this job is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Talk to people to assess their work-readiness.
• Help with job searches, filling out forms, and meeting new people.
• Train individuals on job techniques and provide ongoing support to ensure success.
• Document progress and provide regular reports.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean driver's license and some lifting required.
• Pass background checks and drug screening.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and occasional late nights.
